"It is God himself, in his mercy, who has given us this wonderful work [of telling his Good News to others], and so we never give up" (2 Corinthians 4:1, TLB).

Good News ... in the Midst of Bad News
Dear Friend of ACTS International,
This year has gotten off to a great start—ministry wise that is!
Can't say the same about many things that are happening in today's world, including the terrible earthquake in Haiti with many thousands injured, maimed and killed … plus the never ending threat of terrorism—not knowing where Muslim fanatics will strike next as they hate and want to kill Jews, Christians, and Americans. And according to ACT for America, "British intelligence has uncovered the newest threat from Islamic terrorism—bombs surgically implanted inside the bodies of jihadists."
Today’s world is becoming increasingly dangerous for many. And tragically, the anti-Christian attitude in the U.S. is continuing to increase.
Many ask where is God in all these situations? Unfortunately, natural disasters have always happened, but we do thank God for all the support that has been sent to help the Haitians. Sadly, natural disasters and continuing acts of terrorism and evil will continue until the Lord returns.
However, I can’t help but wonder: Are all these happenings increasing? Many seem to think so. Jesus did say that prior to his coming again that there would be earthquakes, famines, wars and rumors of wars; that people would grow cold towards God, and that evil and lawlessness would increase.
Jesus also said that when the gospel is preached in all the world, then would the end come (Matthew 24:14).
Today, the gospel is speeding to the ends of the earth as never before. Just maybe the Lord’s return could be closer than we think. Of this we can be absolutely certain. Jesus IS coming again. He promised he would. This is the GOOD news. He also commissioned us saying, "You are to go into all the world and preach [communicate] the gospel to everyone everywhere" (Mark 16:15, TLB).
And that is the purpose of ACTS ministry. We are totally committed to sharing the saving gospel of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible while the doors are still so open. Never before has it been as possible to reach so many, by so few, in such a short time, so relatively inexpensively, with such incredible means of communication God has given to today’s Church.
In spite of ongoing challenges, hacker attacks, and set backs, God continues to bless the outreach ministry of ACTS which is communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide 24-7-365. As a result, almost every day of the year we are receiving salvation and re-commitment to Jesus Christ decisions from various places around the world. God is also using ACTS ministry to help and bless Many Christians.
KS wrote, "I want to thank you again for the great service you are rendering humankind in spreading the gospel message. What I like very much about your service is that you are able to relate the gospel to everyday life without lecturing or sermonizing. I also appreciate the simple yet profound stories you relate and quote that bring home the message of GOD's love simply and clearly."
Here in ACTS we consider it an incredible privilege to be able to share Christ with so many in such a short period of time. While we are using the written word we know that this is something God believes in as he has given us his life-saving message via His written Word—the Bible!
To all who are standing with us via prayer and financial support we again extend to you our sincere thanks and appreciation because you are making all of the gospel outreach ministries of ACTS possible. Your support is an investment in lives around the world for eternity.
Know that your friendship, encouragement, and prayers are greatly appreciated. May God richly bless and reward you in his own abundant way.
Gratefully in Christ,

Richard (Dick) and Joy Innes
