Special Prayer Request for ACTS Australia & New Zealand

Dear ACTS Prayer Partner,

Last night I had a phone call from our ACTS Int. office in Australia regarding two special needs for prayer.

Terry George, long-time Director of ACTS Australian, just learned that he has prostrate cancer and would greatly appreciate your prayer support for his full recovery.
For a number of years, Terry was the Chairman of the ACTS Australia Board before becoming Director.

Lynne, Terry's wife, Managing Editor of Encounter magazine and literature production in Australia, has been on the ACTS Staff almost from the beginning of ACTS ministry which was in the early 1970s.

Stephen Peacock, husband of Sandy Peacock, one of the office staff in our Australian office, has a severe case of prostrate cancer and he, too, would appreciate your prayer support.

Please pray for God's comfort for Ruth McClymont who, for many years was office manager of our ACTS New Zealand office. Her husband, Barrie, for many years the Director of ACTS, NZ, passed away some months ago from brain cancer. This was a sad and big loss. Consequently, the NZ ACTS Board decided to close down our NZ office. I still maintain a website for ACTS NZ. ACTS Australia handles all requests for literature, and I follow-up all email requests from our U.S. office.

Besides your support for all the ACTS' ministries, Joy and I would also appreciate your prayers for our family. I have a sister in Australia who is in the hospital and we have a grandchild here in the U.S. in the hospital. For Joy and myself please pray that that God will keep us in good health— physically, emotionally and spiritually. We trust by the grace of God that we can keep publishing the gospel until the Lord takes us home.

Know that your prayer support is always greatly appreciated. It is the prayers of God's people that is such a vital part of the ACTS gospel outreach ministry. As you stand with us in this way, may God richly bless and reward you in his own abundant way.

Gratefully in Christ,

Dick and Joy Innes
